Once the parade wraps up, head over to One Eyed Jacks where Jake Shears, former frontman for the Scissor Sisters, will be performing. The parade is expected to feature more than 2,700 participants including marching groups, floats, and more. This free event is the perfect way to get ready for the New Orleans Pride Parade which rolls through the French Quarter beginning at 7:30 p.m. Saturday is a big day for New Orleans Pride, with PrideFest from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at 941 Elysian Fields, featuring vendor booths and four hours of local and national entertainers and bands. Louisiana Leather 2017 will be co-hosting the celebration.
